Conference Set-Up Supervisor

  • Set ups and oversees arrangement of meeting room and banquet spaces for various types of business, Villanova University, and social related events. Interpret and executes banquet and catering event orders.
  • Provides audiovisual and technology support to guests and clients during events and meetings, and address any other client needs and requests, as well as setting up audiovisual equipment.

  • Began as Part-Time Conference Attendant, promoted to Full-Time Assistant Audiovisual Technician in February of 2015.
  • Audiovisual set up and operation. Address and troubleshoot problems, as well as assist clients with operation of equipment.
  • Worked as both set up supervisor’s shift (night), and audiovisual supervisor’s shift (day) during scheduled workweek.
  • Set up of conference rooms, and banquet halls. Room counts up to three hundred. Set ups included interviews, conference, u-shape, classrooms, table pods, theaters etc. Confident in working with clients firsthand and leading crews for set-ups.

Drumline Instructor/Percussion Director

  • Drumline instructor then promoted to percussion director after three years for Marching Band and Indoor Ensembles.
  • Wrote music for students to play, as well as visual moves. Taught students how to play marching percussion instruments, and how to march, made sure staff that was hired was teaching the same techniques I instilled.
  • Championship Winning Season in second year as Indoor Percussion Director.
